GUVI’s “How To Crack” Series; Helping SNU Students In Acing ServiceNow Interview

The number of unemployed individuals has grown from 33 million in 2016-17 to 36.9 million in 2023-24. What’s concerning is that while the total number of employed people has increased slightly (from 412.7 million to 423.3 million), it’s only a modest 2.6% growth over seven years. This slow growth falls short compared to the rapidly rising working-age population, meaning job creation has not kept pace with the growing demand for employment.

This highlights a major gap between students’ preparedness and the job market’s needs. While students excel in academic knowledge and coursework, they often struggle with essential interview skills, anticipating employer expectations, and confidently navigating the hiring process.

To bridge this divide, GUVI’s C2C initiative, the “How to Crack” series, is a much-needed guide, like a compass for lost travelers, offering students direction and clarity in their career journey.

Recently, GUVI’s C2C team conducted a virtual session for students at Shiv Nadar University (SNU). The session provided invaluable insights to help students prepare for ServiceNow interviews, focusing on the company’s hiring process and expectations. Part of the GUVI’s “How to Crack” series, the session served as a tailored roadmap to equip students with the knowledge and strategies needed to stand out in a competitive job market on How to crack the ServiceNow interview and how to prepare for the ServiceNow interview.

About the “How to Crack” Series

The main focus of the “How to Crack” series is to equip students with the tools and knowledge they need to excel in competitive recruitment processes. Designed and executed by GUVI’s C2C team, the series is meticulously tailored to align with the specific hiring practices of different companies, ensuring students are not just prepared but confidently ahead of the curve. This time, the spotlight was on ServiceNow interview preparation with a highly targeted session held on October 22nd, 2024.

The session was specifically crafted for students aspiring to secure positions at ServiceNow, addressing their unique hiring process. It offered a detailed walkthrough of the steps and strategies necessary for interview success. From breaking down the technical and behavioral aspects of ServiceNow’s recruitment stages to sharing actionable insights on tackling assessment rounds, the session left no stone unturned.

The curriculum delved into the essential skills and competencies ServiceNow expects, providing tips on excelling in both technical and interpersonal evaluations. Students received in-depth guidance on preparing for coding challenges, system design questions, and behavioral scenarios, ensuring they were fully equipped for every aspect of the process.

Additionally, the session introduced participants to a wide range of resources, including practice questions and tools to refine their preparation. Mock interviews were a key highlight, offering students a chance to simulate real-life interview situations and gain constructive feedback.
